		<description>Well done Roger, as you say, the IT watch seems to have been asleep!  No doubt the Australian Patent Office will follow the rest of the world and we will be saddled with this infliction.  It does pose a very serious problem for those of us teaching online, though, across all of the educational sectors. I will take this topic to the Australian College of Educators SA Branch Executive for a start, as we represent teachers in all sectors of education.
